Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders have a max 14-day processing time unless otherwise stated on the product listing. I try my best to turn around in a 7 day period though I am one person with a day job.
Every item is packed by hand, and some products may take longer..
If your order includes a preorder item, your entire order will ship together once the preorder item is ready.
Shipping Time
Once your order is processed and shipped, USPS delivery typically takes:
- First Class Mail: 3–7 business days
- Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
- Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
Shipping times are estimates and do not include the 14-day processing period.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update on the USPS site.
Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
I cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you made a mistake, email me within 24 hours of ordering so I can update it before shipping.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is accepted by USPS, it is out of my control.
- If USPS marks your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your neighbors, apartment office, or local post office.
- If the package is marked in transit or delayed, USPS may need additional time.
- I cannot refund or replace items lost or stolen after delivery.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email me within with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the package and item
- Description of the damage

Preorders / Made-to-Order Items
Preorder items have their own timeline listed on the product page.
If your order includes both preorder and ready-to-ship items, everything will ship together once the preorder item is complete.
